Hey! I’m Gina Marie.

I’m the owner & head coach of Commit to Fit Online Coaching. I received my BA in Exercise Science at CU Boulder, and with my 6 year’s of experience training women in the gym, and handful of certifications- CPT, CNC, FNS, you’re already in good hands.

After years of trying every fad diet on the market, running for an hour every day, I was no where near my dream body. I was fed up with all of the misinformation in the health & wellness space. Google “fat loss” and there’s a million+ different results. But none of them were a way that was sustainable long term, keeps your hormones healthy, and is backed my science.

That’s why I created Commit to Fit Coaching. To help women in their 20’s & 30’s repair their metabolism after years of dieting, and get lean & toned for life. We use science backed methods to get you the body of your dreams - no BS around here.

I fully believe fitness is the catalyst to self development. I know that when you start to focus on your fitness & commit to a healthier lifestyle, your quality of life dramatically improves. And I’m here to give you that.

My Transformation

I would kill myself on the treadmill every day, do hour long HIIT workouts, and eat next to nothing thinking that was the trick to a toned physique. Eat less, do more!!

That’s where I went wrong. It wasn’t until March 2020 when I had a burst appendix that I was forced to slow down. I started weight training, taking days off and really just focused on eating enough protein in my day. I was almost shocked at how quickly I saw my body change. Not only the toned muscles and slimmer tummy, but my confidence went through the roof.

And ever since then, I’ve become obsessed with helping women get off the treadmill and into the weight room and break free from yo-yo diets. I want you to have that same experience, and that’s why I’m here.
